Super 8 by Wyndham Mentor/Cleveland Area

I loved the modern room with full-size beds instead of huge queen beds, just the right amount and type of pillows and soft linens and a warm blanket. The room was toasty warm. I appreciate having a non-carpeted floor. I like that it is pet friendly at an additional reasonable cost although we were pet free today. I love having the option for a late check out for a minimal fee too. A huge bonus was having a staff member offer to shovel out to gain safe and easy entry around my car particularly with the huge lake storm that came through dumping tons of snow.

The staff were polite and helpful and reception was open 24/7. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had good aircon, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom had a bath and shower. Late check-out (1pm) was $20. All in all it was great value I think.

Staff is/ was very friendly, even though I was grumpy from driving, lol. They took cleanliness very seriously, despite an out dated look. I appreciated that those who were sick still wore a mask.

Great location. Convenient for highway and food sources, but quiet. Night clerk was very helpful and friendly about switching rooms because the first room smelled smokey. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money when traveling with a dog.

location, value, all were excellent. I did not expect much because of the rating, as well as the cheap cost. when we got in, it was very close to so many places to eat, entertainment, shopping, couldn’t be beat. room was clean, and had all the amenities I needed, keeping in mind this isn’t a 4/5 star hotel. what it is, is a very comfortable, inexpensive, clean room that gets you close to everything you want. very happy with my stay.
